I love this time of year!

Sneak peek at my 3rd design team pack!
This year was always going to be a hard one as my daughter did not want to go as a traditional scary Halloween thingy......

So i had to think hard with the paper i was given as it was true Halloween!

I ended up doing a few layouts this time round.
Lucky i have a 5yr who also loves to dress up!

Now we are getting to the fun part of Halloween!!

Want to see these in real life?....well there now showing at .inspiredcrafts. or you can FOLLOW them on face book..  :)

Design team pack #2

I thought i would start of with one of my favorite baubles. These are great to make with the kids.Using any shape sequin here i used snowflakes, you just pin them all over a glittered foam ball....real easy and cheap for the kids to make this Christmas.

This one is  a little more tricky, using paper u cut it into 2in x 1in and fold in in to a triangle so you have a nice sharp little point.Pining the top to corners and working your way around the ball you end up with this nice pine cone looking bauble.

Not forgetting to pin some ribbon half way up so you can hang them to your tree.
You can put a little BLING on the points or maybe some glitter or kindy glitz.

This little box i made from acetate and card stock.I found this template on the net.I have embossed the acetate on this one.I think these would look really cute on the table at Christmas.

Here is my Christmas angel.Using a foam cone shape.I have cut and rounded the corners of one 12 x 12 sheet of paper, curled the paper ends up to give her skirt a little kick,i then pined them around and around the cone to make her dress. Pined feather to her back to make her wings and threaded some beads onto thin wire to make her halo and necklace. Her head is a glittered foam ball glued on top of the foam cone.
And the last thing to top this design team pack of is this Twiddleybitz Christmas centerpiece.Using the new radiant rain sprays i have use it to colour the tree green.

I found this little reindeer at Lyn craft and thought he would look great pulling the sleigh that you get with this tree.I put the little red nose on him using the end of a pin.
If you like the look of any of these great Christmas ideas pop out to inspiredcrafts.Every thing is in stock to make them now.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Baubles,Boxes and more......

I really love making these Christmas Baubles.
They are a pain in the butt to make, but look great once finished.

I came across this key a few Christmases ago from Deli sh,I was not sure what to do with it then so its been sitting in my stash for a long time.

This year Teresa Collins brought out this really really nice Christmas range of paper and when i saw it i knew what i was going to do. Cover my key in it.

I cut out the holly and inked it green and used some little red fake cherries for the berries.I also cut out the words and mounted them on chipboard

I the chained them together and hung bells on the bottom,What is Christmas with out bells?......lol    every thing i make has bells.....well just about

Next i have this thing with boxes at the moment. So i made these ones for Matt's teachers at school, and YES he has five....

I also came across this template for a Santa box. This one was no bigger then a matchbox and could barely fit any thing in it so.........I made it bigger!!
I then made belt buckles and glittered them. The buttons came from a cuttle bug die,cut out of chipboard the glittered....I THINK THEY LOOK GREAT!!
